Call for Volunteers - Environmental Sustainability Management (ESM) focal point

Dear Colleagues,

The General Assembly had requested the Secretary-General to implement his action plan to integrate sustainable development practices into UN Secretariat operations (A/77/82).

Significant progress has been made throughout the Secretariat in this important area.

UN-Habitat is seeking a focal point to work with Headquarters and other entities on Environmental Sustainability Management (ESM).

The role of the focal point will be to aid in the reporting process and support mainstreaming efforts on ESM.

Please refer to the attached memo for further information.

The nominated focal point will be fully supported by colleagues in the Executive Office and the Management and Operations Division.
